Our baggage policy will vary depending on your selected travel fare and destination.
This section will provide you personalized information related to your luggage.

Carry-on bags:
Passenger may travel with one 1 carry-on of up to 8kg and 1 personal item in all of our flights.
Your personal item must fit under the seat in front of you.
Carry-on bag measurements:
- Should not exceed 41 inches (104 cm)* = 18" (46 cm) high + 15" (38 cm) long + 8" (26 cm)
- Must fit at the sizer at the airport.
If your carry-on exceeds the allowed dimensions, it will be transported as checked baggage. Any applicable excess baggage fees will apply.
Restricted items as personal items & carry-on:
To prevent inflight danger, many common items are restricted by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). If you travel with objects on the TSA prohibited items or FAA Pack Safe Hazmat restrictions lists, they will be confiscated.*
*You will be in violation of U.S. Federal Law if you don’t declare any dangerous items. This means you could face up to 5 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000 (49 U.S.C 5124).

Different factors will determine how many bags you can check. These include your travel fare and from where/to you’re flying.
The fees below apply to checked bags added within prior to 24 hours of departure & at the airport.

Each piece exceeding
- 23kgs will be subject to an overweight charge.
- a maximum size of 62 inches (158 cm) (length + width + height) will be subject to an oversized charge.
Overweight bags:
For our heavy packers, pieces of 24kg up to 32kg are considered overweight and will be subject to an overweight charge.
Pieces with +32 Kgs will not be accepted and must be sent as cargo.
Overweight Fee: USD$100.00
Please note that for pieces sold in the Dominican Republic, an additional tax of 18% will be charged.

We know that you might need to travel with bigger pieces.
Pieces whose combined linear measurements exceed 115 inches (294 cm) will not be accepted as baggage and must be transported as cargo.
Oversized Fee USD$150.00
NOTE: Fees for excess baggage are cumulative depending on registered baggage conditions. If a bag is overweight and oversized, the overweight fee plus the oversized fee will apply.
Back to topSpecial items & Sport Equipment:
If traveling with sports equipment, the maximum linear size (length + width + height) is 126 in / 320 cm, and the maximum weight is 70lb / 32kg, subject to the airplane size and available cargo space.
Depending on the sport equipment type, it will be collected a handling fee, in addition to any checked bag fee associated with the fare purchased. Fees for excess baggage are cumulative depending on registered baggage conditions. If an equipment bag is overweight and oversized, the overweight fee plus the oversized fee will apply.
If the equipment bag contains anything other than approved items, then it will be charged as a standard checked bag, and additional oversize and overweight charges may apply.
Back to topYou can travel with 1 non-motorized bicycle. Up to 190cm (75in) in length, provided they are packed in a recognized bicycle bag and following conditions are met:
- Pedals have to be removed or fixed inwards
- Handlebars fixed sideways
- Tires are deflated
Cost: Standard checked bag fees of your destination apply up to 23 kg and 126 in / 320 cm (length + width + height) or $150 fee applies from 23 kg to 32 kg.
Only diving equipment listed below is accepted on aircrafts provided it is packed in a recognized kit bag and does not exceed the maximum dimensions and weight restrictions for checked baggage.
Accepted diving equipment:
- Scuba regulator
- Tank harness
- Tank pressure gauge (pressure-sensitive devices may need special packaging; refer to the manufacturer for advice)
- Face mask
- Fins
- Buoyancy control device
- Snorkel
- Weight belt
- Cylinder tank (must be empty and presented at check-in for inspection)
- Spear guns and harpoons (must be unloaded with the spear/harpoon packed separately)
Cost: $150 (free bag allowances don't apply)
Your golf equipment may be accepted as checked baggage providing it does not exceed the maximum weight restrictions for checked baggage and is packed in a recognized bag or case to safeguard against damage.
The bag can be up to a maximum size of 190cm x 75cm x 65cm (75in x 29.5in x 25.5in).
A golfing umbrella or parasol carried separately counts as one item of baggage.
Cost: Standard checked bag fees of your destination apply up to 23 kg and 126 in / 320 cm (length + width + height) or $150 fee applies from 23 kg to 32 kg.
Your Ski and snowboard equipment will be accepted as checked baggage up to 190cm (75in) in length provided it is packed correctly. Following conditions should be meet:
- Skis and snowboards are packed in a recognized ski or snowboard bag
- Ski poles packed together with skis
- Ski boots packed separately from skis or snowboard - either within passenger free allowance or in another bag (any bags over your free allowance are subject to additional charges).
Cost: Standard checked bag fees of your destination apply up to 23kg and 126in/320cm (length + width + height) and standard overweight fee applies from 23kg to 32kg. If the equipment bag exceeds weight and size mentioned, it will be charged as a separate checked bag and standard overweight and oversize fees will apply.
Your rackets and sticks can be packed within checked baggage, it is not permitted in hand baggage. Any racket or stick carried separately counts as one item of baggage.
Cost: Standard checked bag fees of your destination apply up to 23kg and 126in/320cm (length + width + height) and standard overweight fee applies from 23kg to 32kg.
Surfboards can be accepted as checked baggage. They can not exceed the maximum weight restrictions for checked baggage and have to be packed in a recognized bag or case to safeguard against damage.
The bag containing the board can be up to a maximum size of 190cm x 75cm x 65cm (75in x 29.5in x 25.5in).
